How to find the right talent

From +Territorio creativo I pick up this video of Heineken and the way or method, they used to find among almost 2000 candidates the best profile for an application.

It's curious the way the candidates follow a prepared role, trying look like a passionate person, enthusiast, that is, the perfect employee. Of course, Heineken isn't looking for fake personalities, to the contrary Heineken seeks real persons adding value to the firm.

Hence, Heineken chooses an alternative method, the questions in the interviews are the standard questions but the situations are, maybe, a little weird.
